INTRODUCTION

PTCL Academy (Institute of Communication Technologies - ICT) offers high quality training programs through a variety of delivery formats across Telecommunications, Management, Information Technology and Customer Care areas. Previously known as NPGIT& I, this well established academy has been providing services with successful trainings for over 16 years(established in December 1992 under a Pak French Protocol), including MS in Telecom Engineering and Engineering Management. PTCL now aims to bring the best practice from both education and business together to create an exceptional academy. It is highly committed and dedicates significant personal and company resources to the academy thus playing an active role in supporting and empowering the leadership team(s) to implement change and raise training standards.
